The Time to Thrive Conversation Series concluded with a special session on youth voice. “Elevating Youth Voice in Local Decision-Making” was held on December 16. A dynamic and wide range of young people from communities across the state participated in the conversation that has implications for Wyoming’s communities today and into the future.
